Update
Optimizely PIM was unavailable due to a hotfix inadvertently impacting application performance and usage. Optimizely recognizes the negative impact that this outage has had on your business and apologizes for these issues.
The Optimizely engineering team has reverted to the previous stable state of PIM, and the team is investigating why multiple fixes were released to Production that did not fix the issues.
Because this is a reversion to the most recent stable code version, PIM acts as it did the last week of May, so please be aware that issues may still be present. Optimizely is working to fix known issues and utilize the new increased QA steps to test that before releasing it to customers.
Problem
The Optimizely engineering team is aware of a critical bug within the PIM product that prevents users from publishing updates to product content. We are actively working on implementing a fix for this issue and will provide an update once it has been resolved.
