Set up and edit locations

Before you can add products to Optimizely's Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), you must add locations for where the products live. These locations are based on addresses assigned to customers.

Add locations manually

  1. Go to Locations > Add Location.

  2. Select An Existing Address to use. The locations are based on addresses assigned to customers.
  3. Add a Location Name.
  4. Click Save.

You can change the Location Name later, but you cannot change the Address.

Import locations using CSV file

  1. Go to Locations > Add Location.
  2. Select Import CSV.

  3. Download the template if needed.
  4. Choose your file and select if the First row is column headings.
  5. Click Upload VMI Locations.

Edit locations

  1. Go to Locations.
  2. Click Edit beside the desired location.
  3. Update the Location Name.
  4. Click Save.
