Apply organizational settings in Experiment Collaboration

If your organization migrated to Opti ID, you must manage users in Opti ID. See the Opti ID user documentation.

The Organization option lets you edit your organization’s settings and preferences. The changes you make here apply to all users of Experiment Collaboration.

Go to your avatar and select Organization.

  • Default campaign sharing and default pitch request watchers

  3. Set your region's Weekends. These days are marked as non-working days in your organization's calendar.
  4. Go to Non-Working Days and choose the Year.
  5. Choose how to add holidays:
    • Add – Click Add to add holidays manually. This brings up a modal to set the Start Date and End Date, give the holiday a Name, and choose whether to make it recurring. Click Save.

    • Import – Click Import to import a CSV file. If needed, you can download the sample file. If data is incorrect or missing from the file, the modal displays an error with what you need to edit.

  6. Click More (...) beside a holiday to Edit or Delete it.

You can set holidays as single days or multiple days and as annually recurring. CMP displays the holidays in the Plan > Calendar View and in the Date Picker when assigning start dates or due dates to campaigns, hypotheses, events, and so on.

The Date Picker marks weekends as light grey and holidays as red. If you hover over the colored dates, a tooltip with the holiday name displays.

You can still assign hypotheses to users on weekends or holidays.

Configure publishing settings

The Publishing tab lets you turn on or off the publishing of content in the platform for your organization.

You can also add custom crop points for image editing while setting custom styles for usage in the text editor. Custom crop points determine the maximum width and height for images you publish to your feeds or sites.

The maximum size allowed by the Consent Management Platform (CMP) is 10 megapixels. You can add custom crop points at any time.

Custom styles apply the CSS styles defined on your hub to your published content. Applying a preset class in the text editor ensures consistency with your hub styles. If you change a style, CMP automatically updates any text that uses that style.

  • Safe Search – Filter articles that contain offensive words from the search results in Marketplace and ensure that the content you are seeing is appropriate for your audience.
  • Social Settings – Shorten links in posts.
