Export and import

You can import and export suggestions, synonyms, autocomplete, and connectors and other functionalities. The examples in this topic show exporting and importing suggestions.

Export

Click Export... to download a comma-separated value (CSV) file containing required and optional columns with a functionality name + timestamp filename. You can export up to 1000 items.

Import

To avoid unexpected updates to the current data, you can add new data to the store. If you want to update an item you should do it manually. The items that do not exist in the store but exist in the CSV file will be added as new items.

You can import only CSV files. Fill in all required columns.

Click Import.... Select your file and confirm your selection. The items are imported.
