Crowdstrike Incident Update - OPTI-2024-01

On 19 July, a bug was inadvertently released alongside an update to the CrowdStrike agent. This bug affected endpoints, rendering them inaccessible and necessitating manual patching to restore functionality. This has caused many disruptions in various companies around the world, such as airlines, TV channels, medical companies, and the list goes on.

We want to assure you that this outage will not impact our services and operations. Our systems remain fully operational and secure because we do not utilize CrowdStrike's tools within our infrastructure.
