Authentication Modes​

Users are authenticated in Analytics using one of following:

  • Analytics Authentication Service
  • Enterprise SSO (Single Sign-On)

Analytics Authentication Service​

Analytics provides an authentication service out-of-the-box. This is the default mode of authentication unlesss Enterprise SSO has been setup. In this mode, users receive an email invitation to setup their passwords in Analytics. Analytics offers standard password management capabilities.

Enterprise SSO (Single Sign-On)​

Analytics can also be configured to authenticate using your enterprise SSO system. Contact Analytics support to enable this integration. Once configured, you can authenticate using the same credentials you use for accessing your internal enterprise systems.

Logout​

To log out,

  1. Go to Settings on the left panel and click Logout.
  2. A dialog box will appear asking for confirmation. Click Logout again.
