Map job step fields with Optimizely Opal

If you use Opti ID, administrators can turn off generative AI in the Opti ID Admin Center. See Turn generative AI off across Optimizely applications.

When you create integration jobs in Optimizely Configured Commerce, you can use Optimizely Opal to help you map fields for job definition steps.

  1. Go to the Admin Console and click Settings.
  2. Go to System Settings > Opti AI.
  3. Turn on Intelligent Fieldmapper.

On the field mapping step, users can click Generate to auto-map field mappings for job definition steps. Opal's response is based on the specified columns and the properties in the target object.

You must have Opti ID and be on 5.2.2506.1916+sts or later to use Opal. See Optimizely Opal Chat for Configured Commerce for information.
