Enable Google Pay for Payment Service

You can use Google Pay with the Payment Service with Optimizely Configured Commerce.

Follow these steps after you have enabled Payment Service for Configured Commerce:

  1. Go to Settings > Order Management in the Admin Console.
  2. Toggle Enable Google Pay to Yes under the Payment section.
  3. Go to the Google Pay section and enter the following information:
    • Merchant ID – Your Google merchant ID.
    • Merchant Name – Your Google merchant name.
    • Test Mode – Whether you want to use Google Pay in a test environment on the checkout page. Disable this option for live production transactions.
    • (Optional) Test Card Number – A test card number to replace real card data on the production environment in the payment payload during sandbox testing.
  4. Click Save.

When complete, customers can click Checkout with Google Pay at checkout.
