Important Notice: Recent Increase in Fake Optimizely Invoice Emails

  • Updated

Dear Optimizely Customers,

We want to make you aware of a recent increase in phishing attempts targeting Optimizely customers. Several customers have reported receiving fraudulent emails containing fake Optimizely invoices.

Your security is our priority, and we want to ensure you have the information needed to stay protected.

What you should do

  • Carefully check the sender’s email address before taking any action on an invoice or payment request.

  • If anything seems suspicious, do not click any links, open attachments, or make payments.

  • Instead, forward the message to your IT or Security team for verification and handling.

What Optimizely is doing

We have already taken immediate steps to block all malicious domains and senders identified in these phishing attempts, and we will continue to monitor and respond to any further activity.

If you have received a suspicious email or have concerns about the legitimacy of an Optimizely communication, please contact your security team or your Optimizely representative.

Thank you for helping us maintain a secure environment for all customers.

Kind regards,
Optimizely Security Team
