Where can I access my billing information? 

Optimizely provides access to a Chargebee billing portal, which stores your payment details, invoices, and other billing information. To log in, you will need the credentials from your primary billing contact. 

How can I access my invoices? 

Invoices are stored in Chargebee and can be emailed to you upon request. Please contact our billing team at billing@zaius.com if you need further assistance with your invoices. 

When will my credit card be charged? 

If you have a credit card on file, your card will be charged on the payment due date listed in Chargebee.
