Get started

To get started with Optimizely Product Information Management (PIM), follow these steps:

Request access to your site. Contact your implementation partner to get started, or reach out to your Customer Success Manager if you are unsure how to contact your partner.
Review the documentation in the Product Information Management section.

If you have purchased training or an access pass, sign in to Optimizely Academy and take the Optimizely PIM Path training. This includes three courses, but you do not need to complete these all at one time.

After completing these steps, check with your partner on what to learn or to configure in the PIM based on your implementation project.
