Set up a user to add, edit, review, or approve content

To add/edit or review/approve content within the Admin Console, Configured Commerce users must be assigned the appropriate roles:

  • ISC_ContentEditor - Users with this Role may add, edit and content
  • ISC_ContentApprover - Users with this Role may preview, approve and publish content

Although it is not a requirement, it is recommended that users with the ISC_ContentApprover, also have the ISC_ContentEditor role in order to make minor edits to content prior to approving the revision.
