Enhancements

  • Added the ability to generate Text Area or HTML properties from existing product data (like properties pertaining to weight, height, and specific qualities) through AI.
  • Transitioned to using the Opti ID Admin Center for user management, giving you a single login point to switch among your Optimizely products. See the Opti ID documentation to learn more about how to use it.

Some users in my organization did not receive an activation email, but there are some users who have activated already. What do I do?
If certain users in your organization did not receive an email, you can invite specific users through the Invitations tab in the Admin Center.
You must use an account with Admin Center privileges. All current accounts with the Admin role within PIM have those privileges.

I already used the link provided earlier, do I need to do anything again?
No. If you can access login.optimizely.com and use your new credentials, there are no pending actions.

Can I still use the old link to access PIM?
Yes, the old link will redirect you to the Optimizely SSO Login Page.

I want to revoke some permissions from PIM users. How do I do that?
You must be logged in with an account that has Admin Center privileges. Follow the steps to add or remove permissions for Groups.
