Folder type property mismatch. Content cannot be moved.

Description

After you upgrade to Ektron 9.10, if you tried to copy and paste content using the Action button, the following error occurred: Folder type property mismatch. Content cannot be moved.

Resolution

This issue has been fixed in version 9.1 SP3 CU 37.

Please use the workaround below if your version is lower.

If you are using Ektron 9.10, copy and paste folders using the following alternate method.

Right click on a folder to open the context menu.
Choose Paste .
