Workarea Setting's Landing Page

The Workarea displays landing page information. However, if you tried to redirect a page within the Workarea using the Landing Page after Login field, you will not get expected results. See the  information in the article about the correct use of the landing page.

Landing Page After Login -If you want one page in your website to appear after users log in, enter the URL to that page. You can click Select Page to browse to the landing page. The last published version of the page appears. If the page has never been published, nothing appears. By default, the page from which the user logged in reappears. 

Therefore, the landing page points to existing published content and not the Workarea content.
