DMS document titles updating automatically in versions of 9.2

When overwriting documents the title of the DMS document may be overwritten with the files physical name. If not caught before publishing or submitting content this may result in difficulty finding the item.

This behavior was patched in cumulative update 10 for version 9.2 sp1. If the behavior persist after upgrading to this version or higher please contact support.
