In Optimizely Content Marketing Platform (CMP), you can use Optimizely Opal to create a marketing campaign. Opal contains various agents that help you with each step, including building a campaign brief, suggesting tasks, and creating content. Ensure you have entered any instructions for your brand's tone and voice.

Create a campaign
Click Ask Opal to open the chat.
Enter a request like the following:
I need to create a campaign for a webinar to promote new capabilities for Optimizely Opal, Optimizely's Al Assistant. Use what you know to create the campaign and help fill out a brief, including campaign overview, target audience, key campaign message, tactics, and activities.
Optimizely Opal can then respond with a suggestion that automatically creates the campaign for you.
Click on the suggestion to add it. Optimizely Opal creates the campaign, and you can click on the name to go to it.
Optimizely Opal completes the brief with objectives, target audience, key messages, tactics, and measurements, based on your branding instructions.
Create tasks
You can ask Optimizely Opal to Suggest tasks that adhere to the campaign brief.
You can click on any of the suggested tasks to add them to the campaign. This saves you time and lets Optimizely Opal configure the campaign activities for you.
Create content
You can also refine these tasks further. Click on a task and click Create.
Optimizely Opal can create an article based on a task's brief. Click the suggestion to add it, then click on the name to go to the content.
You can make any edits necessary. When done, you can mark the step complete in the workflow.
Generate social media posts
You can also have Optimizely Opal generate social media posts for the campaign.
When satisfied with the social media copy, you can ask Optimizely Opal to add it to the task brief.
