Ektron collections reordering after removing items

Description

When removing an item from a collection the list of collections is reversed in order. If another item is removed from the collection the order of the collection is reversed in order again. When this behavior is present there are no detailed error messages thrown.

Resolution

This has been identified as an issue within the Ektron CMs, and has been subsequently patched within cumulative site update 13 for version 9.2 sp2. This issues tracking informaiton is provided bellow.
