Azure SQL automatic-tune breaks DDS mappings

Description

When Azure SQL automatic-tune generates one or more indexes on tblSystemBigTable this will break DDS mapping. This can cause the SiteSecret error below.

Error: The Type 'EPiServer.ApplicationModules.Security.SiteSecret' needs to be remapped in the Dynamic Data Store.

In Azure Portal, turn SQL automatic-tune to ON.
