The OCP database is not included in the free version of OCP. The free version syncs data in real-time without using the OCP database, letting you access public apps and data syncs.

Optimizely Connect Platform (OCP) is now generally available. OCP lets you connect and sync data between external systems and Optimizely products, including between two Optimizely products themselves. OCP provides a user interface (UI) for importing data, installing apps, and managing data syncs with other Optimizely products. If you have the paid version of OCP, you can also view your OCP database.
