Optimizely Data Platform (ODP) leverages Opal, Optimizely's smart AI assistant, to automatically create and generate ideas for real-time audiences. This can help you deliver a data-driven, personalized customer experience without manually creating a real-time audience from scratch.
Using Opal-suggested audiences, you can:
- Create highly targeted audiences by leveraging various data points.
- Segment customers using default attributes, such as their observed behaviors and insights, or by incorporating your own custom customer attributes.
- Create audiences based on specific events and event sequences. For example, you can identify customers who completed an order purchase or those who initiated and then performed an order canceled action.
- Discover valuable trends by identifying common values in customer or event fields, such as a page's most popular content category, to inform content strategy or product recommendations.
To create an Opal-suggested real-time audience, complete the following:
-
