Manage agents

Agents in Optimizely Opal are purpose-built AI agents that complete specific, well-defined tasks. They support the following two interaction modes: 

  • Single-shot – The agent runs once and returns a result.
  • Multi-turn – The agent stays active in Opal Chat for follow-up instructions.

Create, customize, and manage agents using prompts, input variables, tools, and inference level.

Access your agents

  1. Go to home.optimizely.com.
  2. Select your organization.
  3. Click Opal.

  4. Click Agents.

  5. Click the Your Agents tab.

If you use Opti ID, administrators can turn off generative AI in the Opti ID Admin Center. See Turn generative AI off across Optimizely applications.
