This topic describes how to:
- As an account administrator, require that all collaborators in an account use account-level 2-step verification
- Change account-level settings for 2-step verification
Account-level 2-step verification increases the security of an Optimizely Experimentation account by adding a second level of authentication when signing in. Instead of relying only on a password, account-level 2-step verification requires collaborators to enter a code that they access from their mobile phones. That way, you can rest easy knowing that the account is protected, even if passwords are compromised.
If you're an administrator of an account, you can require that all collaborators on the account use 2-step verification. This article walks you through how to enable that requirement.
To enable individual 2-step verification in only your personal settings, not account-level settings, check out this article on enabling individual 2-step verification.
You must enable individual 2-step verification in your personal settings before requiring it individually for all collaborators in the account.
Navigate to Account Settings > Security and Privacy and click Require 2-Step Verification.
To confirm, enter your Optimizely Experimentation password and click Require 2-Step Verification for All Users.
