When trying to edit within the Workarea using a Mac, you see this error: "This system does not meet the minimum requirements to run EditLive! for Java. Now using a textarea instead."
The issue involves the web.config file's EditControlMac element. If that element's value is set to UserPreferred , the editor is incorrectly being set to eWebEditPro (Ektron's deprecated editor) within the workarea. To resolve the problem, set the value of EditControlMac to "Aloha" or "ContentDesigner" (aka eWebEdit400).
