Browse button missing in Link Manager

Description

You are using the Link Manager to add a link in a piece of content. Normally there is a browse (...) button next to the URL box. This browse button is missing.

You are using the Link Manager to add a link in a piece of content. Normally there is a browse (...) button next to the URL box. This browse button is missing.This can occur if the user editing the content does nothave the "Library Read Only" permission.Give the user and/or group "Library Read Only" permission either in the content permissions or the folder permissions if being inherited.
