Optimizely's CDP audience sync environment lets you connect your audiences from your current customer data platform (CDP) into Optimizely Web Experimentation, Optimizely Feature Experimentation, and Optimizely Content Management System (CMS) audiences.
It converts your CDP audiences into ODP real-time segments so that Optimizely Experimentation or Optimizely Content Management System (CMS) audiences can understand that data.
Currently, you can use the CDP audience sync environment with the following CDPs:
- Amplitude
- Mixpanel
- mParticle
- Tealium AudienceStream
- Twilio Segment Engage
- Zeotap
Configure the CDP audience sync environment
- Install your CDP's application in ODP to import your CDP audiences to ODP. See ODP's integration documentation for instructions on connecting your desired CDP.
- Configure the integration between ODP and your desired Optimizely product. Now that you have imported your CDP audiences to ODP as real-time segments, you need to import those real-time segments to your desired Optimizely product.

- Start running experiments and targeting website content to your CDP audiences using your desired Optimizely product.

- Optimizely Feature Experimentation – Create an Optimizely Feature Experimentation audience using ODP's real-time segments
