The Optimizely Data Platform (ODP) pass-through environment lets you connect your audiences from your current customer data platform (CDP) into Optimizely Web Experimentation, Optimizely Feature Experimentation, and Optimizely Content Management System (CMS) 11 & 12 visitor groups.
It converts your CDP audiences into ODP real-time segments so that Optimizely Experimentation or Optimizely Content Management System (CMS) 11 & 12 visitor groups can understand that data.
Currently, you can use the ODP pass-through environment with the following CDPs:
- mParticle
- Zeotap
- Tealium AudienceStream
Configure the ODP pass-through environment
- Install your CDP's application in ODP to import your CDP audiences to ODP.
- Configure the integration between ODP and your desired Optimizely product. Now that you have imported your CDP audiences to ODP as real-time segments, you need to import those real-time segments to your desired Optimizely product.

You must select a user ID in your CDP that matches the one you use in Optimizely Web Experimentation.
