Adjusting the Fully Qualified Domain Name for SFTP until 5th June 2025

  • Updated

Transition to New FQDN

We have phased out the use of SCP in favor of SFTP due to enhanced security and performance. Subsequently, we've upgraded our server infrastructure. Although both old and new servers are currently operational, we advise you to transition to the newly designated FQDN.

Update Your Credentials

Please update your system configuration to use the new domain for SFTP access:

  • Old Domains: ftpapi.broadmail.de or ftpapi.campaign.episerver.net
  • New Domain: transfer.campaign.optimizely.com

Deadline for Transition

It's crucial to complete this transition before the old domains are deactivated. The deadline for deactivation of the old domains is set for 5th June 2025. Ensure that all your systems and configurations are updated to avoid disruptions!

Accepting the fingerprint

After changing the FQDN, you need to accept the new server's fingerprint. This needs to be done only once. The other login credentials remain unchanged. The new fingerprints are:

  • RSA
    3072 MD5:73:8e:21:e5:6e:da:55:ac:68:3e:df:4d:3e:cc:5f:16
    3072 SHA256:q9OltUdyjM+8W04IHVcRXjm2WJ8EOVoGXFLJasGHWMk
  • ECDSA
