Export products from PIM

You can export products, assigned assets or assigned categories for use in other systems or to assist with verifying product data and assignments. You can also use the related product assignments export file to reimport data to Optimizely Product Information Management (PIM).

  1. Go to the Products page.
  2. Click Export Products. The Export Type Selection screen displays.

  3. Select Products. The Export Products screen displays.

    • Records to Include – Select All products, Current filtered list, or Currently selected products.
    • Properties to Include – Select the Current view or All properties of these products.
    • Export File Type – Select XLSX or XML. If you select XML, also select Related data to include: Assets, Categories, and Related product.
  4. Click Export. 
  5. Click the Download exported file link to download the file.
