Optimizely Personalization + ODP (add-on)

Integrating Optimizely Personalization with Optimizely Data Platform (ODP) is an add-on. The articles listed here only apply to those who have the add-on.

When you integrate Optimizely Personalization and ODP, you can import ODP real-time segments into Optimizely Personalization for use as audiences in your personalization campaigns. You can do this in two ways: using ODP as your customer data platform (CDP) or using a third-party CDP.

  • ODP – If you use ODP as your CDP, see Configure Real-Time Segments for Web Experimentation. These instructions apply to Optimizely Personalization as well.
  • Third-party CDP – If you do not use ODP as your CDP, you need a CDP audience sync account but do not have to implement the ODP snippet on your site.
