Change the technical contact or instance name

After your organization is set up in Opti ID, you can optionally change the technical contact and instance name.

  1. Log into the Opti ID Admin Center. You should be directed to the Product Access page.
  2. Select the product and then the instance for which you want to change the technical contact or instance name.
  3. Go to the Details tab and click Edit.
  4. Enter a new instance name in the Name field.
  5. Enter and select a new technical contact name in the Technical Contact field.
  6. Click Save.

The name change is automatically reflected in all group and role names.
