Export a list of users from the Opti ID Admin Center

In the Opti ID Admin Center, you can export a detailed list of users, their roles, and product access across instances. This is useful for auditing, reporting, or managing user access across your organization. You must have the Super Admin role.

The report includes the following information for each user:

  • User email
  • Product name
  • Instance nickname
  • Role name

You can filter the results by user email, product name, and instance nickname.

If a user has access to multiple products or instances, each combination displays as a separate line in the file.

Export users

  1. Go to Usage & Billing in the Opti ID Admin Center. Ensure you select the Admin Center tab.

  2. Click Dashboard actions (⋮) > Download in the Opti ID User Product Roles section.

  3. Choose the file format: PDF or CSV. If you select PDF, you must choose the paper size and whether you want to expand the table to show all rows or arrange the dashboard tiles in a single column.
