Activity log

  • Updated

The user activity log in the Opti ID Admin Center lets users with administrator-level access:

  • monitor user activities
  • ensure the protection of Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
  • understand user access levels and changes to user data within your organization

You can access the activity log in the Opti ID Admin Center by going to Usage & Billing > Optimizely Admin Center.

Filter data in the activity log

The activity log has the following filters you can use to refine the data:

  • Event Action – Filter for account logins or accounts that were added, removed, or updated.
  • Event Time – Filter for events within a specific date range. You can select from a predefined date range, or set a custom one.
  • Target Name – Filter for the name of a specific target type (user or user group). For example, if the Target Type is user, then the Target Name is the username (typically the email address). If the Target Type is usergroup, then the Target Name is the user group name.
  • User Email – Filter by user email addresses.
  • User Name – Filter by user's first and last names.

The top of the dashboard displays the last time the data was refreshed by the system. Any time you adjust the filters, you must click Reload to apply your filters.

You can also choose to show or hide the filters:
