Troubleshoot issues receiving activation emails

If you are not receiving Opti ID invitations or related emails, your email provider might be blocking or filtering them out of your inbox. To ensure that you receive all necessary Opti ID email communications, including the welcome and account activation emails that enable you to log into Opti ID (login.optimizely.com), you can whitelist specific email addresses that Opti ID emails come from.

Whitelist Opti ID email addresses

To ensure you receive all critical Opti ID emails from Optimizely, whitelist the following email addresses:

  • noreply@optimizely.com – Used to send Opti ID invitations and other important notifications.
  • noreply@login.optimizely.com – Used to send activation and password reset emails for local user accounts.

Adding these email addresses to your email provider's whitelist or safe-senders list ensures Opti ID emails do not go to spam or junk folders.

Whitelist for Okta notifications

If your Okta password is about to expire or if you are expecting other Okta-related notifications, you can whitelist noreply@okta.com.

This ensures that you receive all Okta password expiry notifications and other important Okta email communications.
