Mission Control access

Contact the organization admin to have them add you to their organization in Opti ID. An organization admin is configured during Opti ID provisioning for the customer; this is most likely the technical contact on the contract.

The organization admin must log into the Opti ID Admin Center and assign one of the Mission Control roles to the user. See the available roles.

You can define a process for managing OptiID access: have all requests go through the organization admin or provide admin user access to other users for self-service.

Partner access

Implementation partners have separate organizations from customers. For partners to access customer environments in Mission Control, the following must be configured for the partner:

• The partner organization must have Opti ID/Mission Control enabled.
• The partner user must have a Mission Control role assigned to their partner organization.

To satisfy the above requirements, partners must log a ticket with Support to update the organization for Mission Control use. Once Mission Control is enabled, the partner can assign themselves any role they would like within their home organization.

The partner can then gain access to customer organizations by requesting Mission Control access from the customer's organization admin.

Available roles

All roles have access to the same views within Mission Control. The differences between the roles relate to which actions a role can perform. See the Actions section for information.
