Configure Optimizely Graph as a source

To configure Optimizely Graph as a source in the Optimizely Connect Platform (OCP) sync manager, complete the following:

  1. Go to Data Setup > Sync Manager in the OCP UI.
  2. Click New Sync.
  3. Under Source, select Optimizely Graph.
    1. Select your instance.
    2. Map fields to your destination.
  4. Click Save.
  5. On the newly created data sync, click More (...) and select Trigger now to initiate a full import.

To configure Optimizely Graph as a destination in the Optimizely Connect Platform (OCP) sync manager, complete the following: 

  1. Go to Data Setup > Sync Manager in the OCP UI.
  2. Click New Sync.
  3. Under Destination, select Optimizely Graph.
    1. Select your instance.
    2. Select an existing content type or click Inherit Source Object to create a new content type.
      • If you selected an existing content type, map your fields.
      • If you selected Inherit Source Object, complete the following:
        • Enter a name for your content type (it prepopulates with the source object name).
        • Toggle off any field mappings you do not want to sync.
  • Click Save. Updates sync in real time.

To initiate a full sync of all you data from Optimizely Graph to your source, complete the following:

  • Go to Data Setup > Sync Manager in the OCP UI.
  • On the previously saved data sync, click More (...) and select Trigger now.
