Favorites

Favorites in Optimizely Analytics let you mark and access preferred explorations, dashboards, derived columns, cohorts, audiences, and metrics, providing quick and personalized access to frequently used entities. You can mark items as favorites by clicking Star, and remove them from Favorites by clicking Star again. 

You can access your favorites list by clicking Star in the menu panel. The feature also includes filters with prefilled favorites that cannot be unchecked, and lets you mark or unmark items as favorites using the More options menu. 

Mark an entity as a favorite

1. Open an exploration, dashboard, or any other entity.
2. Click Star in the visualization window to mark it as a favorite. Clicking Star again unmarks the favorite.

Work with favorites

You have multiple options to view your favorites.

1. Hover over Favorites in the Menu panel to see a quick view of all the content that you added as favorites. You can quickly access up to 10 recent favorites without visiting the listing page, and these are sorted according to the settings you have on the listing page. 

   

2. Click Favorites in the Menu panel for a detailed view of your favorites.
