Unavailable message templates hidden
When CMS is not enabled in a client, message templates created in the Template Kit Editor are no longer displayed in the message template overview.
UI fixes and improvements

Basic RCS message editor
An editor for RCS messages is introduced, currently it supports text messages with 160 characters.

Fixed: Rows with target group not shown in visual link analysis
When using visual link analysis for message drafts created with the Design Editor for emails, rows with target groups were not visible.

Campaign 11.14

Numbers added to font weights
In the Design Editor, users can now see the numerical CSS value of each font weight next to the font weight's name.
Design Editor style fixes and improvements
Improved styling of history-related buttons;
Better size and visibility of pop-up menus in the "Sender & Subject" menu;
For long font names, the checkmark indicating the selected font was not visible;
The unnecessary label Display Condition in the section Dynamic Content was removed.
Wider fields in Marketing Automation

Campaign 11.13

Anchor addon works with older Outlook versions
The anchor feature was improved so that anchor links now also work with older Outlook versions.
Custom attributes in synchronized row templates
Custom HTML attributes can now also be added to synchronized row templates.
Usage indicator for synchronized rows
When editing a synchronized row, a "Used in x designs" indicator is displayed. This indicator is clickable and leads to the sheet showing all landing pages and message drafts that use the synchronized row.
Classification of bounces with code 554
Email bounces with code 554 are now generally classified as soft bounces, with some exceptions.
WhatsApp template selection grid
A template selection page for WhatsApp messages is now available.
Fixed: Target group saved with incompatible fields
When a customer copied a target group from one client to another client where the recipient list fields were different, a broken target group was saved and could not be edited. This is now prevented with a compatibility check.
Fixed: UI Elements disabled when Campaign language is not English
When the UI language was not English in the WhatsApp configuration, two features could not be used: The button for activating sender numbers was disabled and static WhatsApp templates could not be selected when creating a campaign.
Fixed: Concurrent editing of WhatsApp message draft possible
Attempts to open a WhatsApp message draft that was already open, were not blocked.
Fixed: Tracking configuration lost in A/B test
In campaigns with an A/B test, the tracking configuration of the winning message draft was discarded after the test was finished.
Fixed: Accessibility test error when using field functions
When a message draft contained field functions evaluating recipient data, the accessibility check produced an error.
Campaign 11.12

No redirects for automated clicks
When Campaign detects an automated click, a 200 HTTP response (OK) is sent instead of a redirect to the link target.
Fixed: Wrong UI for display conditions
In the Design Editor for emails, the user interface for showing display conditions of rows is now simpler and easier to understand.
Fixed: Wrong rendering of mobile indicator in the Design Editor side panel
The border of the indicator for mobile-specific elements in the Design Editor's side panel was not rendered correctly; the label of the indicator was not correct in all languages.
Fixed: Missing pure text version when using synchronized rows
The pure text version of a message draft was missing after adding a synchronized row.

Request ODP data through both segment APIs
Retrieval of ODP data always happens trough both available APIs: the old GraphQL API and the new file-based export API.
Fixed: Error in tracking parameter validation
Tracking link parameters could not contain the character "-" because of an error in the input check.

Remove "Beta-Editor" from email node
In the campaign editor, the message node that uses the Design Editor was renamed to E-Mail (new) from E-Mail (Beta Editor).
Option to deactivate sharing of saved rows across clients
The new feature switch disableSharingSavedRows controls, if saved rows are shared between clients within an organization.
Fixed: Design Editor always available for message templates
The Design Editor was available for creating message templates even when it was not activated for creating message drafts within campaigns.
Fixed: AI-generated subject lines not saved
If a subject line was generated with AI and not edited afterwards, it was not saved.

New accessibility rules were added and the descriptions of some rules were improved.
Fixed: Problem with Velocity code detection in sender address
In the menu Sender and Subject, a problem with the detection of velocity code within the sender address was fixed and thus the validation of the sender address was improved.

Accessibility Test: Text improvements
The names and descriptions of some accessibility rules were improved.
Accessibility Test: Improved selection of recommendations
Recommendations that are not applicable to the content of a message draft are no longer displayed, e.g. when a message draft contains no images, no image-related recommendations will be displayed.
No alt text required for images from CMP DAM
Using images from CMP DAM in the Design Editor required images with an alternative text. Now, images with or without an alternative text can be inserted from CMP DAM.
Fixed: Loss of changes to a synchronized row
When a Design A with a synchronized row was opened and at the same time a Design B containing the same synchronized row was opened and in this Design B the synchronized row was edited and saved, the changes in the synchronized row did not appear in Design A.

Accessibility Test
Message drafts can now be automatically tested for compliance with most accessibility criteria which are defined by the European Accessibility Act (EAA).
Fixed: Simultaneous editing of message templates not blocked
Users could open and edit a message template when another user was already editing the same message template.
Fixed: Creating message templates fails
When trying to create or copy a message template made with the Design Editor for emails, an error message was displayed.

In the Design Editor for emails, the UI label texts for the CMP library addon were not always loaded correctly, so that technical keys were displayed instead of the proper texts.

Cross-client copying of campaigns with synchronized rows
When copying campaigns to another client, message drafts with synchronized rows can now also be copied. The synchronized rows are detached during this process, so that they become static content in the target client.
Fixed: Wrong grid filtering when creating a message template
When creating a message template, the available grid entries were not always correctly limited to message drafts and campaigns with only one message draft.

Only relevant target groups available for test messages
When sending test messages, only the target groups that are actually used in the message draft can be selected for rendering the test message.
Improved tracking of opens
Partially rendered emails are now by default counted as opens and in campaigns using the Design Editor for emails, the placement of the tracking pixel was improved.
Fixed: Font issue with system links in synchronized rows
Using a system link in a synchronized row changed the font to monospace.
Fixed: Problem with special characters in page selector
For Design Editor pages, the page selector displayed HTML character codes instead of special characters.
Rollout: AI Writing Assistant
The Design Editor for emails and landing pages now offers AI support for writing. It is available for the content elements text, heading, list and button.

Special characters in the local parts of sender addresses are no longer allowed because they caused bounces.

Fixed: Simultaneous editing of one message draft not blocked
The Design Editor for emails allowed opening of the same message draft by two users simultaneously.
Fixed: Option for ignoring blocklist entries did not work for opt-in messages
When an option for ignoring spam-related blocklisting was active, recipients who were blocklisted because of mailbox provider feedback, still did not receive opt-in messages for which the blocklist entry was expected to be ignored. Now, when the option is active, a blocklisted recipient can partake in a new opt-in process which removes him from the blocklist.

Target group simulation for test emails
When sending test emails for message drafts created in the design editor for emails, you can now select a target group for rendering the test email.
Target group sorting for showing selected target groups on top
In the Sender & Subject and Display Conditions dialogs of the design editor for emails, users can now sort target groups so that currently selected target groups are displayed on top of the list.
UI fixes and improvements
The styling of some menu elements was updated; When opening a message draft for editing, the text in the page selector was updated more often than required; the UTM parameters in a dropdown in the Tracking menu are now ordered alphabetically

With some configurations, when recipients attempted to open the sending domain in a browser, they saw an error message. Now, the domain can no longer be configured in a way that leads to this error.
Fixed: Wrong replacement logic for duplicated parameters
When URL parameters for a link where defined on link level and on message draft level, the message draft level parameters were ignored. Now, the message draft level parameters are kept and only when a parameter key is used again on link level, does it overwrite the message draft level parameter with the same key.

Wait node for Batch Sending API
Batch sending campaigns now support a wait node that starts sending at a configurable time of day after the campaign is activated.
