November 2025
- (Beta) Added the self-service A/B testing feature, which lets you independently create, configure, and launch experiments without relying on developer support.
- Enabled DO_NOT_TRACK widget for per-page type, enabling more granular control over tracking settings on a per-page basis and enhancing privacy compliance and user experience.
- Added an algorithm for recently published products, with a quick filter for newly published products. After configuration, the algorithm continues to recommend newly added products on a rolling basis based on the specified lookback period, eliminating the need for continuous updates.
- Added the contains and does not contain operators when adding an expression to individual product positions in Email Product Recommendations. These operators let you filter by matching or excluding part of an attribute.
October 2025
- Added fields to configure a cache period and a fallback URL for product recommendation images in Optimizely Email Product Recommendations. Caching recommendations for a specified period and redirecting expired recommendations to a fallback URL helps prevent legal issues by ensuring customers always view the products they are recommended.
February 2025

- Improved the error details in the product feed history.
- Added ability to download and schedule the product feed.
