Create a related product type

There are different ways you may interact with the Cross-Sells feature within Optimizely Configured Commerce. For instance, you may need to create a new category beyond a Product Cross-Sell or Web Cross-Sell. You can customize related product types to show different product relationships in the website.

  1. Go to Administration > System Lists in the Admin Console.
  2. Click Edit for the Related Product Type name ProductRelationship.
  3. Click the Values tab, and click Add System List Value. 
  4. Add the Name of the related product type and a description.
  5. Click Save.

The new related product types appear as additional fingertabs on the Product page.
