You may experience an issue where you are unable to access the ticketing system to view tickets, attachments, create and update tickets. This article explains how the process works as well as what can be done to correct these types of issues.
While viewing the help center, you will be prompted to login in order to submit a ticket, view attachments, and update or create a new ticket.
- Click on Sign In at the top right of the help center.
- If you already have a login, login with your credentials. If you do not have a login, please contact support@episerver.com and they will send you a password reset email to allow you to login.
- Once the support team verifies your account, you will be notified and you should be able to access the system.
After you are logged in, click on your name in the top right corner of the help center and choose my activities to bring you to a list of your tickets or click on the link from the email you received.
