Items deleted from the library are not deleted from server

Description

When deleting items from within the library of the Ektron CMS the items may not be removed from the server hosting the site.

When deleting items from the library the CMS will not remove the files from the server by default. To remove the items from the server the remove from server check box will need to be selected. If the item was already deleted from the CMS then the file would need to be manually deleted from the server hosting the site.
