Includepath field in the web.config file does not restrict when breakpoints are generated for images

Changing the includepath field within the web.config file does not prevent the CMS from generating images based off of break points.

This functionality was considered for inclusion in the product but not fully integrated.

The ability to prevent the CMS from generating breakpoints for images based on their folder is not currently available by default in Ektron.
