Multiple DMS Documents option is absent

After a browser or PC upgrade, the upload Multiple DMS Documents option is missing.

Go to Internet Explorer > Tools (Alt+X) > About Internet Explorer and check the version number for the phrase 64-bit edition .  64-bit versions of Internet Explorer are not supported by Multiple DMS. As a result, the Multiple DMS Documents option is often missing.  Fortunately, 32- and 64-bit versions of IE are typically installed in parallel, so the 32-bit version should be available at:  C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe.

Load the 32-bit Internet Explorer and re-evaluate the functionality; the option to upload Multiple DMS Documents should be present.
