Avoid installing Episerver.Find.CMS with Commerce Manager

Description
Installation of Episerver.Find.CMS on a Commerce Manager site can cause indexing to execute from the wrong context. This may result in a corrupt index and prevent future indexing. 

Steps

Remove Episerver.Find.CMS.dll from Commerce Manager to avoid these issues.
