The following is a cumulative list of enhancements in each Optimizely Data Platform (ODP) release. Because ODP releases new features as soon as they are ready, this list updates regularly. Follow this article to receive notifications when new content is added.
December 2023
- Updated the Twitter icon to the X icon.
- Added ability to target real-time segments in web campaigns. See web modals and web embeds.
- Added ability to initiate a full import of topics of interest for the Optimizely Content Intelligence integration. See ODP + Optimizely Content Intelligence.
November 2023
- Added ability to include AI-generated topics of interest for customer records in ODP for the Optimizely Content Intelligence integration. See ODP + Optimizely Content Intelligence.
October 2023
- Added Any event to the Add Event Conditions drop-down list on the Customers > Real-Time Segments page.
- Added the following two filtering options for attribute conditions to the real-time segments builder, allowing you to filter for full or partial matches. See Build real-time segments in ODP.

August 2023
- Added ability to change the currency symbol that displays in Optimizely Data Platform (ODP) and ODP Lite. See Manage time zone and currency symbol.
- Added the Zeotap Segment Sync application as a beta in the App Directory, which allows you to import Zeotap audiences into ODP as real-time segments, then activate on those audiences in Optimizely Web Experimentation or Optimizely Feature Experimentation. See Integrate Zeotap Segment Sync (beta).
- Released the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Campaign Data Sync integration to general availability (GA), which allows you to sync your Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) email campaign data to ODP to enrich customer profiles and power segmentation, AI, and reporting.
July 2023
- Added the Salesforce CRM Sync application as a beta in the App Directory, which allows you to sync Salesforce CRM data into ODP to enrich customer profiles. See Integrate Salesforce CRM Sync (beta).

- Updated the Campaigns tab name to Activation for customers who had access to campaigns before April 2023. Feature functionality within the tab was not changed.
