Unable to load images or files greater than 5mb in size

Description

When attempting to upload images that are greater than 5mb the upload fails with a timed out or max file size exceeded error.  

Uploading images and files larger than 5mb can be accomplished using the integration server.  The integration URL allows for file sizes up to 120mb.
