Content preview does not show up with CMC+CMP publishing non-production sites

Description

You may face an issue with the integration of CMP with CMS after following the steps as this document: CMS + CMP publishing integration.

The issue is when adding the content to the task, the preview is always loading but never shows up.

Cause and Solution

We found that the issue can be caused by the CMS's URL(site) when the CMP tries to access a CMS url that is not public. The CMP product requires a public domain to generate previews for both viewing and editing the content. We have confirmed with customers that after making their non-production sites public that the preview shows as expected.
