Admin Console Website User options do not display

Description

When atte,pting to impersonate a user by going to administation > Website users > selecting a user > and then trying to click the kabob menu, no options drop down to select.

Steps

If options do not display when attempting to access the "kabob" menu it's likely the website user has not been activated. Once activated the menu options will display.
