Cannot create refund in Order Management

Description

When attempting to create a refund in Commerce Connect 13 you may be unable to complete a refund if no shipping method is selected. Check the console tab of your browser's developer tools for the following error.

Steps

The payment must have a shipping method selected and the shipping method should have a default market selected.
